The Owl Who Couldn't Hoot is a collection of four stories in which Robert Fisher and Beth Kelly remind the child in all of us of some important ideas that we have lost on our journey through adulthood.
The main characters are an owl and a duck who can't pronounce what owls and ducks are supposed to say, a cuckoo who seeks to make another bird's song her own, a little butterfly who decides to make the most of the only day of her life, and a little sighthound who is terrified of everything.
Written in the style of a fable, these stories help us to identify our fears, our worries and our doubts. They are thought-provoking. Their message is simple: if we fill ourselves with love, we will leave no room for hate. A seemingly simple teaching, but one that is often forgotten.
