When we do not talk about what we have to talk about, and say what we do not need to say - in order to hide our true conflictive reality, whether spiritual, mental or psychic - the body will express itself without restraint or consideration. This is what we call violence with oneself.
The need of the human being to have a warm understanding of his bodily pain originating from his great emotional pain is enormous. The unfortunate incomprehension of a worldwide health system, which gives priority to studies and statistics disguised as "scientific evidence", leads to disoriented, damaged and fearful individuals, and the body is the receiver and accumulator of negative feelings that are not understood, transformed into multiple symptoms (pain, dizziness and vertigo or digestive complications among others) and the more and more frequent panic crises.
It is not easy to talk honestly about one's fears, nor is everyone prepared to listen to or understand them, but it is even worse to hurt oneself because it would be to recognize and accept living with fear in one's body.
This book brings us closer to understanding that pain, that fear, anguish or anxiety and makes us understand the hidden and unveils the hidden in ourselves.
