Con ese objetivo, Llàtzer Moix ha visitado algunas de las principales obras calatraveñas y ha conversado con los clientes que las encargaron, con los colaboradores del arquitecto, con sus usuarios y con otros expertos, detectando algunas constantes: demoras, presupuestos multiplicados, renuncias sobre la marcha a rasgos definitorios de la obra, mantenimientos onerosos, incidencias y clientes que acabaron repudiandole, e incluso demandandolo.
