Asmodeo, a writer who has won a single literary prize and subsists by teaching writing courses, is attracted to Julia, one of his students. Since he is married, he can only approach her with the strategy of a joint publication. Julia is a friend of Kakia, who believes she is the reincarnation of Karen Blixen, the author of 'Memories of Africa'. Kakia will not stand to be displaced when she notices Asmodeo's approach to Julia, as she considers Asmodeo a key player in achieving literary fame. Their interest in writing is not at all literary, but rather that of publication and the fame that awaits them.
