Description
xModiano Territory: the narrator evokes experiences, people and places he knew when he was twenty. The narrator of Memory Lane remembers how he entered the circle of people he frequented in his youth, and with whom he spent the summer in an old mansion. The group was made up of people dedicated to strange occupations, with an opulent past, an ambiguous present and a future in which ruin looms, which ends up filtering into the idyllic retirement.
