The main objective of this book is to definitively dismantle from a neurological perspective, the rationalist conception that human beings take decisions based on the exclusive use of reason separated from their bodies. Through multiple scientific experiments, by the author and by others, as well as examples from elite sportsmen, the author demonstrates the intervention of the whole body in the taking of risky decisions, as well as the preconscious level in which those processes occur. It later shows, in an equally convincing way, that the same thing happens, in the halls of financial transactions.
