The Bible for busy lay people was born with the desire to help Catholics who wish to have a base of biblical knowledge and do not have time to take theology courses. They gather the teaching of the Church and are faithful to its Magisterium. There are many serious and rigorous books and studies on the Gospels, but few are dedicated to the person who originated them, Jesus Christ, the cause and root of Christianity.

 Jesus Christ, Son of God and Mary invites us to learn the first two stages of Christ's life, in a clear and simple style: on the one hand, his birth and infancy, and on the other, his public life - the miracles, parables, discourses and conflicts. Today, with more serenity, we can approach the Lord to read the Gospels with reliability, and to know who Jesus of Nazareth really was, whom his followers proclaim to be the Son of God and the Son of Mary.
