Formación y capacitación digital

The changes produced by the technological revolution have drawn attention to digital training, not only in relation to production and the company, but also for workers themselves as a personal and professional improvement. Training therefore becomes an absolute protagonist in a digital economy, being more necessary than ever to access employment, to maintain it, to improve it and progress in it, and even to recover it if lost. Talent becomes a tangible value that must be nurtured and that is developed by cultivating the knowledge acquired through training. A trained worker has more possibilities to better exercise their rights and their autonomy as a person. This book analyzes in its first part the position of different actors such as the Administration and social agents in the face of the training challenge and in its second part it displays the opinion of different experts, who analyze the different aspects of the whole ecosystem of training and employability in a digital environment.
