Under the Milky Forest is a radio script that Dylan Thomas left unfinished. The subtitle, 'Comedy of Voices', does justice to this hallucinatory counterpoint that weaves together a work whose characters come from we don't know what worlds, in any case weightless and very far away. It is easy to imagine the excited wait of the listeners, already at night, for the voices of this crazy plot of characters to sound on the radios of English homes that spur the imagination, but also the melancholy of a place that will never be possible to visit, even though the first voice was, on that evening in 1954, that of Richard Burton.
