Seven singular voices of contemporary Spanish narrative — Pilar Adón, Jorge Carrión, Iván de la Nuez, Miguel Angel Hernández, Alicia Kopf, Valentín Roma, and Irene Solà — take on the challenge of writing original stories connected to or inspired by the work of Joan Fontcuberta, the artist who has most exquisitely transformed photography from the literal to the literary.
